Jeremy T. Stein
Managing Director & Founder, tech reform GmbH
- Chair, IRB FAIR
- Chair, IRB Cross-cutting Standards
- Delegate, AIFOD Standards Committee
- AIFOD Global Advocate
Jeremy T. Stein chairs two of AIFOD's Independent Review Boards — IRB FAIR and IRB Cross-cutting Standards (af.net/irb). The IRB examines AI deployment across ten industry sectors to produce policy recommendations that give the Global South negotiation leverage in global AI governance. He also serves as a delegate in the AIFOD Standards Committee. As co-author of the FAIR Process Governance framework, his work operationalises principles of the UN 2.0 agenda — translating them into measurable, auditable processes.
At the AIFOD Geneva Summit 2026 he chaired IRB FAIR on the FAIR Passport for Solutions and released the National Capability Transformation Blueprint (NCTB v4.7) as main author and Chair of IRB Cross-cutting Standards. He brings every talk back to one principle: know what you have, know where you are going, measure the gap — then, and only then, procure.
